3.1 7-Day Un-deployed Inspection Window

If an un-deployed wide-vision goggle set, streamlined racing cap, or specialized training fin kit arrives with a verified manufacturing defect (such as broken strap adjustment buckles, torn silicone seal lines, or scratched mirror lens coatings), displays transit damage, or deviates from your ordered technical model dimensions, you may request a fresh exchange or credit replacement within 7 days of delivery. To qualify for an aquatic hardware verification claim, the items must be entirely unused, uninstalled, completely free of water spots, facial oils, or chlorine odors, and stored inside their original pristine retail packaging with all factory user documentation, interior protective cases, and safety engineering seals entirely untampered.

3.2 Biological Hygiene & Fluid-Contact Exclusions

To maintain absolute sanitary security, biological cleanliness, and pristine hygiene safety across our swimming network, any goggle chassis, respiratory snorkel, compression fabric, or ear protection plug that has been introduced to pool water, unsealed from its protective internal factory wraps, or tried on in a personal changing space cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded under any circumstances. Furthermore, custom bulk team kits or high-volume wholesale business configurations are strictly excluded from standard returns.

3.3 Quality Verification & Financial Replenishment

Once your aquatic cargo or logistics shipment is safely received back at our central technical distribution hub, it undergoes a rigorous diagnostic suction test, optical coating audit, and a strict sterile scan to confirm its original physical integrity. Approved claims are processed as immediate store wallet credits or direct financial replacements within 7–10 business days. Return logistics and secure courier arrangements for verified warehouse errors or shipment discrepancies will be fully managed and covered by Swimkits.
